What is your pricing for a private event?

Do we need an appointment to tour the venue?
Yes, our venue is located on a private estate. To schedule an appointment to view the venue please fill out the form here or call us at 408-893-9463. You can visit us during our Open Venue, the first Saturday of each month from 10-noon. Or take yourself on a virtual tour through our galleries here.
How many guests can Nella Terra accomodate?
Nella Terra can accomodate events for 100 to 300 people. A headcount minimum of 150 is required for Saturday events.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes, we have a large staircase through the vineyard that will take you to the wedding area but a shuttle is available to transport guests between the parking lot and the wedding area. There are limited handicap parking spaces beside the venue.
Can I rent the event venue for a corporate event?
Yes, we would be happy to create a custom quote for your corporate event. The event tent is not suited for projection needs but is perfect for an appreciation party, BBQ or picnic. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
What are the available rental times?
Our venue packages include 8-10 hour rentals with the option to extend. You have the freedom to pick your timeframe as long as music and bar close by 11pm and clean up and site closure commences at midnight.
Do you have required and partnered vendors?
Catering for all of your event catering needs. On the Vine provides a wide range of menu options with fresh ingredients. They have been catering for the Livermore Valley and beyond for over 15 years. 2020 Menus. 2021 Menus.
Can we bring in alcohol or do you provide beverages?
We have many beverage packages to choose from for soft drinks, wine, beer, full bar or specialty drinks. Outside alcohol is not allowed to be brought onsite. We have you covered.
