Do we need an appointment to tour the venue?

Yes, our venue is located on a private estate. To schedule an appointment to view the venue please fill out the form here or call us at 408-893-9463. You can visit us during our Open Venue, the first Saturday of each month from 10-noon. Or take yourself on a virtual tour through our galleries here.

How many guests can Nella Terra accommodate?

Nella Terra can accommodate events up to 300 people.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a large staircase through the vineyard that will take you to the wedding area but a shuttle is available to transport guests between the parking lot and the wedding area. There are handicap parking spaces available at the venue level.

Can I rent the event venue for a corporate event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we would be happy to create a custom quote for your corporate event. The event tent is not suited for projection needs but is perfect for an appreciation party, BBQ or picnic. Please contact events@nellaterra.com for more information.

What are the available rental times?

Our venue packages include 8-10 hour rentals with the option to extend. You have the freedom to pick your timeframe as long as music ends by 11pm and clean up and site closure commences at midnight.

Do you have required and partnered vendors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we require you use our partnered caterer and coordinator.

Catering for all of your event catering needs, On the Vine provides a wide range of menu options with fresh ingredients. They have been catering for the Livermore Valley and beyond for over 15 years. 
 
We are partnered with Simply Lovely Events for wedding coordination. Simply Lovely Events has consistently impressed us with their professionalism and ability to handle anything that comes their way while keeping everything stress-free for our couples. Working with them will help keep you focused on the important part – you’re marrying the love of your life!
 
For all other vendors, we have a list of preferred vendors that we highly recommend as they have proved their value to our clients and have experience working at the venue and will know exactly what you need based on your preferences.

Can we bring in alcohol or do you provide beverages?

Accepted Answer

We have many beverage packages to choose from for soft drinks, wine, beer, full bar or specialty drinks. Outside alcohol is not allowed to be brought onsite. We have you covered.
